My eyes are tied

Is it possible to "bind eyes" someone else? Or do we bind them ourselves? – just as we bind our own hands in helpless moments, when powerlessness paralyzes us. We'll learn all about this on Verba & Sylwia Przybysz's album "Znię oczy mam" (I Have Tied Eyes).
