Outlet products have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality in any way.

1. By purchasing an outlet product, you accept that it will have minor aesthetic defects.

2. The price reduction is based on the product's condition and any visual defects or missing items. Depending on the severity of the defect, two levels of price reduction are applied:

a) 25% price reduction – applies to products with minor aesthetic defects that do not affect the use of the product, such as:

- no foil

- slightly damaged digipack

- visible scratches on the packaging or disc

- the artist's autograph was partially blurred

- broken box

b) 50% price reduction – applies to products with major defects or missing elements of the set, such as:

- missing product element (e.g. booklet, dust jacket, additional instrumental CD, etc.)

- more serious damage to the packaging or product components


3. A given product has random defects (without selecting a specific item).

4. Products are available in limited quantities. Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee its availability.

5. Returns on outlet product orders are not possible. The exception is a defect that affects the functionality of the product, such as the inability to read data from a CD.
