Refund Policy
RETURNS
Products purchased in our Store may be returned (withdrawal from the purchase contract) within 30 days from the date of receipt, without stating any reason.
To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send a withdrawal statement by post or by e-mail.
We accept returns only for products purchased in our Store.
The following documents must be included with the return:
proof of purchase, e.g. a copy/original of the receipt, VAT invoice, payment confirmation or another legally acceptable proof of purchase,
a completed return form.
Only products that are unused / unworn and in their original packaging are eligible for return or exchange.

The cost of return or exchange is borne by the Customer.
COMPLAINTS (EN)

The Store ensures delivery of Products free from physical and legal defects.
The Store is liable towards the Customer if the Product has a physical or legal defect (statutory warranty). -

a completed complaint form.
The cost of returning the Product is borne by the Customer.
The Store will respond to the Customer’s complaint without undue delay, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
The response to the complaint will be sent to the address provided by the Customer or by another method indicated by the Customer.
