"Z ZIMNĄ KRWIĄ" (In Cold Blood) is the second collaborative release by Kaczor and Pih. The album cover was designed and created by Ral Duke, known for his work with one of the top crews currently in the American rap market – Griselda Records. His credits also include work for Ghostface Killah and Alchemist. "Ral Duke's design perfectly captured what we've included on the album, so you can expect the heavy, dirty, and uncompromising music we've come to expect from us on ZŁA KRWI," Kaczor and Pih say about the album.
