Verke

VERKE is the anniversary album by MILOOPA, released on April 15, 2016, to celebrate their 15th anniversary. The new material was produced by bassist and bandleader Radek "Bond" Bednarz in collaboration with Roli Mosimann (Faith No More, Björk, The Young Gods). Following Nutrition Facts (2005), Unicode (2008), and Optica (2011), Verke is Miloopa's fourth studio album, which will be released on CD, LP, and a collector's vinyl record scheduled for June 2016. MILOOPA rejects classic genre barriers such as electronica, drum 'n' bass, pop, rock, soul, dubstep, and nu-jazz, creating a multidimensional space whose atmosphere changes rapidly. The band has performed at numerous major European festivals (Sziget, United Islands, Be2gether, Fete De La Musique, Creamfields, Waves Vienna, JDM, Open'er, Summer of Music, Szene Festival, Green Valley, Jazz Fest Stockholm). Miloopa has collaborated with artists from around the world (Eivind Aarset, Ganesh Anandan, Anti Pop Consortium, JoJo Mayer, Beanfield), and toured in France, the UK, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, and Hungary.
