Kremlowskie Kuranty is one of the longest-running alternative bands in Poland. Their album, "Tam ta da dam," was released by the Wrocław-based Lou&Rocked Boys label. Originally from Jasło, the group played their first concert in 1986 in Kraków, where some of the band members are associated. In the early 1990s, Kuranty performed at festivals in Jarocin, Węgorzewo, and the Odjazdy festival in Katowice, among others. Later, they made sporadic appearances at club concerts and albums. Their melodic, guitar-driven music is rooted in the 1960s and punk rock. It has been associated with new wave, folk punk, and even "punk sung poetry."
