Sinecures

Bejf is the third – after K2 and Kleszcz – so-called hip-hop recruit whose work MaxFloRec has decided to present on the official record market.

His "Sinecure" is, as the artist himself says, "a rebellion of a rapper emerging from the underground."
– I present the path that led me to where I am currently.

By examining myself, I try to discern the emotions that accompany me on this ongoing journey," Bejf describes his legal debut. "The album reflects all the issues that have the greatest impact on me at a given time. I want the listener to "feel" what lies deep within me."

The album features 13 premiere tracks revealing fragments of the artist's world. These include singles such as "Idziemy po swoim," "No Rush" featuring the charismatic vocalist Udoo, and "Nie zawrotam." Each track is accompanied by a music video, which can be viewed on the MaxFloRecTV channel on YouTube. It's worth noting that the video for the second track utilizes a double exposure effect. Frose is largely responsible for the album's original sound.

Producers Poema Funku (single "Idziemy po swoim") and Mr. No Problem ("Lost and Found") also contributed to the album's creation. Therefore, we won't experience the heavy, clinical atmosphere Bejf presents on his latest underground album.
"I'm increasingly fascinated by music that offers space, is melodic, and can resonate. This evokes completely different emotions," the rapper explains. "As a listener, I'm more likely to reach for songs that are not only enjoyable to listen to, but also the result of escaping the beaten track. I personally like creators who experiment and are able to surprise. I'm less likely to reach for heavy, stuffy pieces packed with words. I think that's why I'm changing tracks creatively."
