SLUG features 10 premiere tracks from Polish rap legends SLUMS ATTACK. This time, DJ Decks and Peja have gone even further underground, paradoxically maintaining the melodic canons that emphasize the lines thrown over the beat, creating a cohesive whole. As for the melody, there's plenty of it on "City Break 2" featuring Gandi Gandy, as well as on the tracks "Męski Świat" (Męski Świat) (ft. Wojtas WYP 3) and even the solo "I tylko..." (I tylko...). Stronger compositions include the album opener "Hierarcha Wartości" (Hierarcha Warto), "Czas nie healy ran" (Time doesn't heal wounds) (ft. PIH), and "Czarny scorpion" (Black Scorpion), which, like the titular "SLUG," features ear-pleasing samples alongside the hard-hitting verses. "Nie losę wody" (I Don't Lose My Head) is the only subdued track, subservient to the verses' atmosphere.

As with their previous album, the band invited a younger artist to collaborate on the album. The choice went to VBS from Białystok, and the collaboration resulted in the track "Most Important." The most hardcore track is the closing track, "2errorym," which definitely outperforms the first part, but we'll leave that to the listener to judge. SLUG also features a wealth of scratches, which make up nearly half the album. When we talk about "underground," we mean lyrics that tackle difficult topics, in which the author delves into the human condition and values ​​that at first glance seem to disappear under the veneer of mainstream media, where illusion and denial are a new way to engage with those around us.
