Seven Springs

After a dozen or so years, they formed a rock band and recorded their first album, QŃ, in 1990. On this album, Jacek Polak showcased his excellent guitar skills and was recognized as one of the best Polish guitarists. Since then, the band has recorded several more albums, including an album featuring classical pieces arranged in rock styles ("Air on 6 strings," 2000). This album was very popular; the songs recorded on it became a permanent part of the band's concert repertoire, and Jacek was dubbed the "Paganini of Guitar."

The band has toured successfully around the world, and its musicians have won individual awards in instrumentalist competitions and reviews. In 1997, Jacek was recognized in Poland as the "New Hope of Guitar" in a poll organized by the leading professional magazine "Gitara i Bas," and in 2002, he was honored in the USA with the "Greatest Undiscovered Guitar Talent" award. In 2011, Grzegorz took third place at the international percussion festival "Drum Off," organized by Melody House Musical Instruments.

Following the unexpected passing of Jacek on November 9, 2020, Grzegorz and Bartłomiej decided to continue the work of Mr. Pollack, ensuring that the entire range of Jacek and Grzegorz's amazing songs would not be lost. After Marek Kozik, guitarist and vocalist of "Trzy nie 4," joined the band, the band resumed concert activity in June 2021.

The songs featured on the album "Siedem Źródł," released in January 2022, were created over the past dozen years. All were recorded by Jacek and Grzegorz at Polak Bros. Studio and then remixed at RHouse Recording Studio in Przeworsk. Bartek "Gibson" Filip also added bass guitar, trumpet (Erwin Żebro), overdubbed guitar (Marek Kozik), and vocals on the song "Zatrzymaj Czas" (Stop Time) (Piotr Cugowski). All songs are written (lyrics, music, and arrangements) by Jacek and Grzegorz, except for "Nirvana," which was written by Gordon Reid.

In 2023, the band signed a publishing contract with Case Studio from Aleksandrów Łódzki, thanks to which Mr. Pollack's albums were distributed in the best stores in Poland.
The album contains 12 songs (plus Intro), which are Jacek's spiritual message and, in a way, his mystical testament.
