Blade Loki was formed in Wrocław in 1992. From the outset, they performed a melodic variety of punk rock, simultaneously combining it with hard core, reggae, and ska. In 1995, the group recorded their debut album, "Młodzież olewa," receiving favorable reviews from audiences. That same year, the band performed at the Odjazdy '95 Festival, after which the music press wrote: "Bladych Loki's performance caused a huge stir. Live musicians, live music, live lyrics, a brilliant show. It's no wonder that even after the encores, the audience kept calling out the band for a long time." After a several-year break due to lineup changes, one of the songs was included on the compilation "Muzyka Przeciwko Rasizmowi," during which time a brass section (trumpet and trombone) joined the band. In 2000, the band recorded and released their next album, "Blada Płata." In 2002, the band recorded the album "Psy i Koty" (Psy and Koty), which was released in a limited edition on the music market, and in fact, only now, after the undoubted success of last year's "No Pasaran", one of the best albums of the group "Psy i Koty" is being released.
From the very beginning, the band has shown a tendency to, on the one hand, embed their sounds more strongly in the punk tradition, and on the other hand, to embellish the formula with Ska, Reggae, and Hard Core styles, which, combined with inserts played by brass instruments and stage charisma, gives a mixture of energetic and captivating music.
