Straight Ahead is the sixth studio album by Miłosz Borycki, a rapper and producer known under the pseudonym Miuosh. The album was released on October 20, 2012, by Fandango Records. Guest appearances include Bisz, Pyskaty, Joka, HiFi Banda, WENA, and Ero. The album was promoted by four singles: "Dowód," "Na zawsze," "Stój," and "Róże Betonu."

According to the rapper, the cover partly refers to the debut album Illmatic by American rapper Nas.

"While working on 'PPS', I listened to 'Illmatic' a lot, and while visiting my parents, I noticed a photo of me on the wall from when I was 4-5 years old. I thought that since this album is incredibly personal and I talk a lot about where and how I came from, maybe such a simple cover, with a photo taken at the beginning of this journey, could best reflect this album," Miuosh said in 2012.
