The album " Postańcie " is the second original work by Toruń-based band Disparates. Their music intuitively follows the lyrics, thus not falling into a specific style.

The new material features musical impressions rooted in a cold wave style, such as the title track "Postańcie" (Afternoon), punk-folk vibes (e.g., the surreal "Trzy sny"), and even sentimental Latin-style riffs. Such influences can be seen in the track "Ruud Kulik," in which football memories from the communist era are ironically juxtaposed with current reality. "Postańcie" is a serious album, but not one saturated with pathos, at times even cabaret-like. It also includes two nods to genre classics: the only original track from Aleksander Wertyński's repertoire, "Żółty Anioł" (Yellow Angel), and the poignant "Bodo," inspired by the fate of a famous actor from the interwar period.
