Above the ground

The volume "Above Earth" presents the Krakow artist as more than just a singing poet. The book is a collection of Basia's poems and song lyrics about angels and other otherworldly themes. The volume comes with a CD featuring the author's poems read by Anna Dymna, Jan Nowicki, and Marek Bałata, and the poet herself sings her songs (also with music by Zygmunt Konieczny and Andrzej Zarycki) accompanied by accordion played by Grzegorz Palus. The album's magical arrangements and masterful craftsmanship create a unique atmosphere. The beautifully produced book is adorned with reproductions of Władysław Szyszko's paintings.
