POSTCARD FROM LVIV

The fourth album of the group Projekt Volodia entitled " Postcard from Lviv ".

Next to Warsaw, Lviv is the city to which the most songs have been dedicated of all Polish cities. After the end of World War II, Lviv's residents were largely resettled to what is now western Poland, primarily to Wrocław.

It is therefore no wonder that it was the group Projekt Volodia from Wroclaw that reached for a very rich collection of Lviv songs and recorded them in a surprising way – boldly changing their arrangements, and each song is a separate musical genre.

Despite the diversity of these styles, the band remained true to their sound, blending elements of rock, folk, and literary song. This is likely the first in Poland, and therefore worldwide, to feature such a brilliantly arranged and interpreted work from Lviv. In addition to the musicians from the Volodia Project (Janusz Kasprowicz, Bogdan Bińczak, Robert Gawron, Marcin Kotlarski, and Tomasz Burzyński), the recordings featured invited guests, including the renowned actor Lech Dyblik.
