The album " Friday the 13th " is a Fisz incarnation that will surprise both die-hard hip-hop fans and Tworzywo Sztuczne fans. Perhaps no other album has seen Fisz hold the microphone so tightly and for so long. At a time when there's little left of the hip-hop craze in Poland, Fisz is fully aware of returning to a once-visited river, but he does so with great style. The album is equally satisfying musically. Emade continues to raise the bar for his domestic (and other) competition. This is the first album he recorded in his new studio. To make comparisons, there's more of the hard electronics of POE than the subtle sounds of "Producer's Album," but above all, it's a completely new production.

Fisz comments on the effect of this brotherly collaboration: "We strive to ensure that subsequent albums respond to what happened musically and lyrically on the previous one. It just so happens that we've been experimenting a lot lately with both musical form and lyrical content. It's not without reason that we released "Wielki Ciężki Słoń" under the name Tworzywo Sztuczne, as the entire album was created with our live band, which undoubtedly had a huge impact on the musical character of our recordings. Lyrically, "Wielki Ciężki Słoń" is a self-contained form of fairy tale and naive, childish associations; musically, it's a foray into electronic experimentation embellished with the acoustic sound of trumpets and guitars."

Then came the time for our "adventure projects", the album "Fru!" (initially planned as a maxi single) recorded in a duet with Enveem, the album POE (duet Emade with Ostry), and finally the Bassisters Orchestra project. These stylistic excursions, musical dialogues with musicians from very different, often seemingly distant musical environments, made us miss the rootsy, raw sound of our first albums recorded in a brotherly tandem.

Hence, "Friday the 13th" sounds as raw as our debut "Polepione Dźwięki" ("Cut Through") or the album "Na przeznie" ("Through Through"). Lyrically, it's an ironic-sarcastic game of associations, sometimes very down-to-earth, which might be difficult for fans of more intimate lyrics to digest. On the other hand, it will certainly please all those who missed the chatty, hip-hop style of our first albums. It flows quickly, with short breaks between songs, and compact forms. In places, it's powerful and raw, sometimes without compromise, with a large dose of black humor. Fisz and Emade, of course, invited several guests to work on the new album. Envee, Jurek Zagórski, and Bunio contribute music, while Iza Kowalewska, OSTR, Pablo Hudini, and Ada and Antek contribute vocals.
