What is this album like?

Above all, it's very feminine. Zabłocki created something like a "concept album"—telling stories centered (of course!) around male-female issues, forming a coherent whole. The album's title reveals that these aren't necessarily happy stories. What particularly struck me about Michał was his understanding of female nature. A dangerous character!

If he were a psychologist, women would be knocking on his doors and windows.

Musically?

The music is meant to be listened to; it's hard to talk about it. At the beginning, I received minimalist compositions from the executive producer, a rough outline of the overall vision, and Grześ's initial ideas. Then we spent hours listening to all sorts of music and talking. And in the breaks, we talked and listened to music :-).

Andrzej's compositions are so rich and expressive that they opened up many possibilities for interpretation. So we searched for those that would best capture the essence of Michał's lyrics, and—I'll admit—they were the best for me. So much so that I outdid the guys a bit. :-)

We set ourselves one condition – each piece would be danceable in any way. But don't worry, Jurksztowicz didn't "go overboard" :-). We have a whole "catalog of intelligent dances" there. Besides, you can dance yourselves!
It will be diverse: colorful and gray, fleeting and flirtatious, to laugh and to cry.

That's how it is in a woman's life! :-


The main characters of the drama:

Grzesiek Stasiuk – music producer, pianist, and arranger. A versatile individual. He spent eight years as a keyboardist in M. Maleńczuk's band "Psychodancing" and... survived.

Apart from music, we also share a love of good food.

Michał Zabłocki – "director of the poetry department." Author of all the lyrics. He probably needs no introduction; just mention "Grzegorz Turnau" or "Czesław Mozil."

A man who, when he's not writing, is definitely driving (and thinking about writing). Some say he inherited his talent from his godmother (I refer you to Uncle Google).

Andrzej Bonarek – "head of the composition workshop" – composer of all the songs on the album. Krakow. And if Krakow is the same, then of course there's the Słowacki Theatre, Łaźnia Nowa Theatre, and currently the musical director of the Małopolska Garden of Arts.
