I'm not sleeping

Folk For Freaks – folk for enthusiasts, positively twisted "crazies," or, more recently, in Polish, "freaks." Anyone seeking peace and quiet should probably avoid this album… A word: what kind of folk? Frankly, opinions are divided. But not so much that nothing can be said.
Our conventional homeland stretches from sea to sea (obviously, from Bulgaria to Czechoslovakia). Our route is the road to Babadag, about which little is known except that it lies in the south, and our primary destination – the land of Never-Never, which does exist. In other words, simply – Slavic. On this album, we play classics for you, namely Bulgarian and Serbian dances, and we also play many variations on themes that lie perhaps not on the street, but ten kilometers from Krakow's Market Square, for example. It turns out that you can already find extraordinary exoticism here. During our frantic rehearsals, a few melodies came to us. And we are also happy to present our compositions to you. Regardless of the labels: urban-rural folk or electro-acoustic – we strived above all to be ourselves. To make this music ours… and to make it FROM HERE. We hope we succeeded…
