"Nadciągnie" (High Blood Pressure) is Paluch's 14th full-length album. After a string of successful releases (OKO 3x platinum, Złota Owca 3x platinum, Czerwony Dywan 4x platinum) and a two-year break from solo material, the Poznań rapper returns with an album that lyrically evokes the most personal productions in his career.

The guests include KęKę, Gedz, Włodi (the first joint track of both rappers) and the fresh blood of the Polish OKI scene.

On the turntables, the rapper was supported by DJ Taek and DJ VaZee in two tracks.
