The album is a continuation of the rapper's previous release titled "Koktajl".

In an interview with Mateusz Natali, the rapper says a few words about his project and explains the connection to the previous album: "The themes and everything that happens on the album will be more or less in the same vein. These two albums will create one whole. That's why I decided this way, because I have a really nice reaction to this album 'Cocktail'. I didn't know from the beginning that it would turn out this way. It just worked out perfectly that it was 'Molotov Cocktail' (...) With this album, I want to close the so-called dilogy stage, and then I'll want to make another album, which I'll want to produce with the participation of other producers with whom I haven't worked before."
The album features guest appearances by Major SPZ, Reto and the Zipera band.
