Hello, this is Maxim.

I was just going to write that I'm giving you my new album, but the truth is that I feel like I'm giving you much more: two years of work, my memories, reflections, and 24 songs, each of which is a piece of me.

"Cats See at Night" is a deeply personal journey through the last few years of my life. On this album, I talk about overcoming depression, returning from the land of darkness, and finding peace and even happiness. I realized that when you stop pretending that everything is always bright, you can learn to navigate the darkness. The titular cats, who can see at night, symbolize the ability to cope with difficult moments and see the light.
