Bones and Flowers

ADHD is a Wrocław-based band with strong ties to hip-hop culture. Their sound is an unusual blend of dark rap and vibrant blues. The band formed in 2009 in Wrocław's hubs. After three turbulent years and numerous lineup changes, ADHD signed a record deal with the Szczecin-based label Stoprocent, which resulted in their debut LP, " Koście i Kwiaty" (Bones and Flowers ). The material was written over three years and recorded at Grasshopper recording studio. Opiat is responsible for the music, while Strach, Freon, and Mustafa are responsible for the lyrics and vocals. Panama provided the guitar parts. This album is a stroll through the authors' severely bruised skulls, a collection of sane questions and sick answers.
