On March 20, 2020, the album "Jestem" was released, the first original album by Janek Pęczak - guitarist, composer, lyricist, vocalist, and producer.

After 10 years of playing in T.Love, Janek Pęczak presents a completely different music. It's a return to his roots, to simple playing based on acoustic guitars, to songs with emotionally moving lyrics and a sincere, positive message. The album is recorded in 432 Hz, a tuning used in Poland by Leszek Możdżer, and recently by Mela Koteluk. This tuning is considered by many to be more natural, gentler, and closer to the natural vibrations of the Earth and nature. The sound, although acoustic, is powerful and dynamic, which applies to both the vocals and the instrumental backing. The album features elements of folk rock, reminiscent of songs by Neil Young, Bob Dylan, or the Traveling Willburys, yet the overall feel is maintained in a moody, mellow atmosphere.

A music video for the song "Szedłem do Ciebie" was directed by Jacek Kościuszko, the creator of numerous music videos for various artists: T.Love, Kazik, Dawid Podsiadło, Katarzyna Nosowska, and many others. The album is released by Serce Muzy, an independent record label created specifically for the release of "Jestem." It is distributed by the Polish company My Music. The album will be available in all good music stores.

I like Janek as a person, I like the way he plays, I like his temperament, and I like his songs. "Płynę" is excellent – ​​beautiful, sparse, very honest, and without over-production. There's something about Janek's music that reminds me of Daab's "W mojego ogród" (In My Garden) and other catchy, easy-to-hum songs. The lyrics have a great message, and all of this makes me root for the entire "Jestem" album and look forward to the next one.
