Enej Folkorabel

"Folkorabel" is a Polish-Ukrainian album by the Olsztyn-based band Enej. From the very beginning, the band has been fascinated by Eastern culture, as three of its members have Ukrainian roots. Enej's music is energetic rock with a touch of folk and a dash of ska, all enhanced by the unique touch of Eastern accordion intertwined with the sounds of a boisterous brass section.

The next album will largely depart from the atmosphere of the first. Folkorabel will be much more oriented towards the East – lots of Ukrainian lyrics, a lot of accordion, a Balkan brass section, mega dynamics, and wide-ranging borders, but of course there will be no shortage of "Enegia" vibes.

The album will feature 12 songs composed by the band's frontmen, along with one classic cover. The album will be released, as before, on the Wrocław-based label Lou&Rockd Boys. The first single from the second album, "Radio Hello," is played on most radio stations in the country, including Radio 1 and Radio 3.

The band's huge success was their concert in 2010 on the main stage of the 16th Przystanek Woodstock festival.
