CREDO

CREDO is the ninth album by Jacek MEZO Mejer, known for timeless hits like SACRUM and WAŻNE. The Poznań native, who has been active on the music scene for 20 years, offers a journey into his inner self, discussing his spiritual development, while maintaining his motto: MUSIC, SPORT, MOTIVATION.

The album premieres on May 22, 2020. The album is promoted by music videos for the title track "CREDO" and "BLESSED." Jacek MEZO Mejer: On the album "CREDO," I finally managed to slow down a bit in my life and, above all, mature. I feel like I've reached a turning point, where I'm conducting a thorough observation of the world around me, and above all, I'm trying to look within myself and see what needs correction. Perhaps, like me, you think that we've become somewhat lost in the pursuit of externals and have neglected our own spirit. Without instigating a revolution, as I've never been a proponent of sudden, radical change, I've been consistently decomposing myself for some time now and hope to achieve integration at a higher level of humanity.

This album is being released in the midst of the crisis caused by the pandemic. It's a perfect moment for self-examination. There are no longer excuses for lack of time. It's worth making the most of it. It's revealed how helpless we are in the face of tomorrow's uncertainty. How many things we once thought were certain and stable are fleeting and fleeting. Perhaps, however, we will find something new, something positive, something we didn't expect. Time for reflection.
