BAiKA - the name of the band, or rather the duo, is an abbreviation of Banach and Kafi.
Piotr Banach needs no further introduction; he is a distinguished and respected figure in Polish rock. He is the founder and leader of bands such as Hey and Indios Bravos, and the producer and co-composer of Katarzyna Nosowska's first solo album, "Knock, Knock."
Kafi - Katarzyna Figaj is a vocalist who plays keyboards and percussion. Audiences already know her from BAiKi's concerts, but also from performing alongside Kasia Nosowska during the band's anniversary tour, Hey Fayrant Tour 2017. Performed with her powerful and unapologetic vocals, BAiKi's songs become compelling life stories in which listeners discover themselves and their own experiences.

The debut album "Byty Łączności" is a collection of twelve original compositions that echo various styles - from rock to electronica. All the lyrics are written in Polish and describe relationships between people close to each other, which means that everyone can find some of their own feelings and experiences in them.
