Black Stone

Devil in the Name is a dark journey through occult rock, metal, stoner, hard rock, and doom. Through the fear and hell of the will of the human mind.

The music combined with dark and psychedelic lyrics is a mix of genres
and atmospheres. The band draws inspiration from artists such as Black Sabbath, Danzig, Pentagram, Motorhead,
Mustasch, Kyuss, Dust, Kadavar, Graveyard, Clutch, Obssessed, Unkle ACID, Brimston Coven, Reverend Bizzarre.

The band was formed in August 2013 in Katowice on the initiative of Adam Bugajski and Tomasz "Polewa" Plewako, and after several turbulent lineup changes, since August 2023 it consists of:

The band rehearses regularly at the Korba club in Katowice, where they perform regularly. Their debut was supported by a series of performances, including at Ukraine's Electric Meadow Festival, Rifffields Festival, Rock Out Festival, and on Antyradio. To date, the band has performed and shared stages with bands such as Crowbar, KAT & Roman Kostrzewski, Greenleaf, Belzebong, the Stubs, Closterkeller, Dopelord, Taraban, Sunnata, Somali Yacht Club, Major Kong, Death Denied, and many others.

Currently, after establishing cooperation with Case Studio, he is focusing on the release and promotion of his latest long play "Black Stone", which will be released in physical distribution in March 2025.
