Definicja ego (Definition of Ego) is a studio album by Polish hip-hop band Egotrue. The result is an album whose character is a blend of various musical genres, from electronic music, through soul, to new school rap. "Definition of Ego" displays meticulous attention to detail, perfectly illustrated by the elaborate musical arrangements. Emes contributes not only vocals through rap verses and frequently sung choruses, but also serves as producer, responsible for part of the production. Zen, whose passion lies not only in writing highly energetic verses, also handles sound engineering and is responsible for the album's sound. Szatt from Nocne Recordings contributed to the project, as did trained musicians who enriched individual tracks with sounds such as trumpet, violin, and saxophone. The musical core of the project is the duo Haisenberg's Montage.
