„Człowiek, który chciał ukraść alfabet” Eldo powraca po 20 latach! Jubileuszowa reedycja już dostępna - MERCHIT

One of the most unique albums in the history of Polish hip-hop returns in a completely new form! To mark the 20th anniversary of the release of "Człowiek, który chciał ukraść alfabet", Eldo and Bitnix present a special anniversary edition, available for the first time on vinyl and cassette tape. Limited-edition color variants and collector's packages are also available for sale.

20 years of an album that was ahead of its time

Eldo's third solo album, recorded in collaboration with the production duo Bitnix, was released on May 19, 2006. After successes with the group Grammatik and solo releases "Opowieść o tym, co tu dzieje się naprawdę" and "Eternia", the Warsaw rapper decided to embark on bold musical experiments.

"Człowiek, który chciał ukraść alfabet" stood out from the hip-hop scene of the time from the very beginning. Jazz influences, neo soul, drum'n'bass, live instruments, and Eldo's distinctive, introspective lyrics created an album that was difficult to fit into a single genre.

The album featured, among others, Smarki Smark, Jimson, Emil Blef, Wiosna, and the outstanding jazz bassist Krzysztof Ścierański.

The album reached 13th place on the official OLiS sales chart, and the track "Diabeł na oknie" was included in the list of the 120 most important Polish hip-hop tracks. Over the next two decades, the release earned a special place in Eldo's discography and in the memories of listeners.

New mix and mastering by DJ Eprom

The 2026 anniversary edition is more than just a reissue of the album. The new mix and mastering are by DJ Eprom, one of the most highly regarded sound specialists on the Polish hip-hop scene.

The material has been refreshed with meticulous attention to detail, while preserving the atmosphere and character of the original recordings. This is an opportunity to rediscover this album after 20 years—for long-time fans and listeners who are discovering Eldo's work for the first time.

Vinyl, CD, cassettes, and collector's packages—discover all the editions!

To mark the anniversary, several versions of the album have been prepared, including three color variants of the double vinyl, classic CD and MC editions, and special packages combining different formats. All products are available at eterniashop.pl , Eldo's official authorized store!

Cult album in a new form

Two decades after its release, "Człowiek, który chciał ukraść alfabet" remains one of the most original projects in Eldo's discography. It is a release that proved hip-hop could freely cross musical boundaries, combining experimental sounds with ambitious lyrics.

20th Anniversary Edition is a unique opportunity to return to this material with refreshed sound and, for the first time, place it on your shelf as vinyl or cassette.

Choose your favorite variant or collector's package and celebrate the 20th anniversary of one of the most unique albums in Polish rap!
