Absolutely! Although the Poznań native has been known for a long time in the underground scene, he's been active primarily locally until now. Mainly because in 2018, he teamed up with French MC De2s, with whom he's collaborated, among others, with Peja. The Frenchman was featured on Grekk's first production album, \"Art of Rawness,\" after which he took three more beats from him for his solo album.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003cspan style=\"color: #2c2f45;\"\u003e“ART OF FATNESS”, which will be released in less than a month, definitely surpasses all the previous efforts of the Poznań rapper and producer.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #2c2f45;\"\u003e \u003cbr\u003eAbove all, Grekk stepped outside his comfort zone and added catchy melodic lines to the always-rocking drum and bass lines on a few tracks. These are the work of guest musicians: guitarists Wiktor Mazurkiewicz and Tomasz Pacak, trumpeter Marcin Felczyński, and violinist Karol Urbano Garcia. However, this doesn't mean the producer has taken a step towards pop. \"AOF\" is still a thoroughly rootsy, old-school project based on boom-bap beats, so in addition to the aforementioned musicians, turntablists were also included. DJ Kobra and DJ Kolega from the Drapacze Wosq collective are responsible for the cuts and scratches on the album.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #2c2f45;\"\u003e \u003cbr\u003eSecondly, \"ART OF FATNESS\" features guests from overseas. And not just any guests. Representing the West Coast on Grekka's album will be Boston scene legend Reks, and Keith Murray, Redman and Erick Sermon's Def Squad comrade. 2nd Generation Wu, a group made up of the sons of members of the legendary Wu-Tang Clan, will also make a significant appearance on \"AOF.\" One of the tracks on the album will be a solo performance by iNTeLL, son of U-God. As for the eastern flank of the US, AFRO, winner of the \"Definition of a Rap Flow\" competition, will grace the project with his magical flow. \u003cbr\u003eThirdly, the Grekka producer's album will feature a truly interesting mix of Polish artists. Among the invited artists are the young #PROlike, a well-known Białystok veteran, Cira, and even MC Grzechu, one of the pioneers of the Poznań scene, featured on Slums Attack's 1997 album \"Zwykła codzienność\" (Just Everyday Life). Leading players from the current underground scene also contributed verses to the project: WCK, Rane (Inicjatywa), PTR (AprAxjA), Bartek KOKO, Maggy Moroz, Kickmatic (TRIIIO), NMBR, KMC, and Polish rappers in exile in Scotland, MOKA, aka Mogieł and Aereka. \u003cbr\u003eFourth and finally, the material Grekk has been preparing for the past year and a half is sonically at the highest level in Poland. Credit for this goes to Michał Baj, the well-known and respected DJ Eprom.
